Learning how to make contraction's. I can make two longer words in to one shorter word. It was easy because the new word had parts of the two words in it.

I was learning about place value. I can identify how many tens and ones are in two digit numbers. It was easy because the video we watched in class explained it well.

Making Inferences

I was learning to make inferences. I can identify and describe what the author wanted me to feel think about or see in the text. It was tricky because it was not always easy to find the clues in the text.
